Annual inspections are required for all commercial vehicles, including buses, trucks, light trucks, and trailers owned by registered commercial vehicle owners. Such vehicles must comply with Alberta government regulations and display a current inspection certificate and decal. Upon request from a peace officer, the driver of such a vehicle must be able to present the certificate.
